Lunchfilter.com
We built Lunchfilter.com to solve a specific problem faced by our developers—Where to eat lunch? We needed a neighborhood-centric tool that could solve this narrow (but important) problem while remaining simple, fun, and easy to maintain.

So what did we do?
After doing extensive mapping and data collection of the area, we developed a prototype using Ruby on Rails, and then added new features incrementally, until we settled on an application which met all of our criteria.
And the result?
Lunchfilter is light, responsive, highly usable, and a valuable tool for people living and working in Seattle's University District. Content is kept up-to-date by the community of users, and we have received support from local businesses and interest in expanding it to serve other neighborhoods.
